About the Baker!
Hi! I am Laurie Kincer. I believe in the value of homemade. That is one reason I started baking macarons - I wanted a challenge (gosh they are hard to make!) and I wanted a quality, FRESH product!
How it works - I like to bake flavor boxes based on themes. My theme packs usually have 3-4 flavors per dozen. I take pre-orders and meet for pickup within a few days. The cost of theme boxes are now $30 per dozen.
I take custom orders as my time allows. My custom orders are $36 per dozen with a minimum of 2 dozen. These are what I call “pretty macs”. Macs with a bit of dazzle, drizzle and /or sprinkles.
Character macs are a labor of LOVE and those custom prices are a bit higher depending on the complexity - they are $40 per dozen. My airbrushed macs are also $40 per dozen.
I enjoy baking macarons in the evening with my music in the background - hence the name Moonlit Macarons. My fresh baked macarons not only warm up my cozy kitchen but they hopefully warm the hearts of the people I bake for!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?​
I bake out of my cozy kitchen in Shavano Park. I hold a Texas Food Handlers license and am licensed by the State of Texas as a Cottage Industry Baker.
DO YOU DELIVER?
No, I don't typically deliver - I usually meet people at a mutually agree place and time.

DO YOU SHIP?
No, Cottage Industry laws do not allow us to ship.

ARE MACARONS ALLERGEN AND GLUTEN FREE?
Macaron shells are naturally gluten free -
unless cookie, cake or cereal toppings are used as a garnish.
Fillings can contain gluten depending on the filling.
Please talk to me about gluten or other allergies when ordering.

Disclaimer: Since my items are baked in a home kitchen there is always the chance of a peanut ( or other allergen) cross contamination.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
My regular Themed Flavor Packs are $30 per dozen.
Custom orders are $36 per dozen and have a 2 dozen minimum. Character macs or custom airbrushed macs are $40 per dozen.
WHAT ARE MACARONS MADE OUT OF? Magic and 🦄!!!! 🥰🤣 Ground almonds, sugar, confectioners sugar and egg whites. Macaron fillings can be sweet or savory and are limitless!
